1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AZcaptcha ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
AZcaptcha provides a CAPTCHA solving API designed exclusively for legitimate automation and testing workflows, including but not limited to:
- QA Test Automation — Integration with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and other testing frameworks to unblock automated test suites.
- Website Monitoring — Uptime, performance, and content monitoring for your own properties or authorized targets.
- Accessibility Testing — Evaluating how CAPTCHA implementations affect users with disabilities and validating WCAG/ADA compliance.
- CI/CD Pipelines — Keeping continuous integration and deployment pipelines running when CAPTCHAs block automated testing stages.
- Data Migration — Migrating your own data between systems when CAPTCHAs block automated export/import processes.
- Compliance Auditing — Auditing your own websites for GDPR, ADA, WCAG, and other regulatory compliance when CAPTCHAs block automated scanning.
- Academic Research — Studies on CAPTCHA effectiveness, user experience research, and security analysis with proper authorization.
- Development & Staging — Bypassing CAPTCHAs in development and staging environments during the build and testing process.
3. Account Terms
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Our system is designed for legitimate automation and testing workflows. We strictly prohibit misuse. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Permitted Uses
- Automated QA testing and test suite execution.
- Website monitoring and uptime checking for authorized properties.
- Accessibility and compliance testing.
- CI/CD pipeline automation.
- Development and staging environment testing.
- Data migration and system integration for your own data.
- Academic research with proper authorization.
- Browser extension usage for manual QA testing sessions.
Prohibited Uses
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund:
- Unauthorized access — Using the Service to gain access to systems, accounts, or data you are not authorized to access.
- Credential stuffing — Using the Service to test stolen or leaked credentials against login systems.
- Spam and abuse — Using the Service to facilitate spam, phishing, or any form of unsolicited communication.
- Scraping without permission — Using the Service to scrape or extract data from websites without the owner's authorization.
- Fraud — Using the Service for any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.
- Legal violations — Using the Service to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Terms of service violations — Using the Service to violate the terms of service of any third-party platform.
- Reverse engineering — Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code of the Service.
5. API Usage
- You agree to comply with all applicable rate limits and usage quotas.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API key.
- Do not share your API key with unauthorized parties.
6. Payment and Billing
All payments are prepaid credits. Charges are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Enforcement
We actively monitor for policy violations and reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms without prior notice.
- Forfeit remaining balance on terminated accounts.
- Report illegal activities to relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Cooperate with investigations by law enforcement or affected third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AZcaptcha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or data loss.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be notified via email.
