By accessing or using AZcaptcha ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

3. API Usage

AZcaptcha provides a REST API for solving CAPTCHAs. You agree to:

  • Use the API only for lawful purposes.
  • Not reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
  • Not use the Service to bypass security measures for unauthorized access to any system.
  • Comply with all applicable rate limits and usage quotas.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.
  • Transmit spam, phishing, or malicious content.
  • Access systems or accounts you are not authorized to access.
  • Circumvent authentication systems for illegal purposes.

5. Payment and Billing

All payments are prepaid credits. Charges are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AZcaptcha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or data loss.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused balance may be refunded at our discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be notified via email.
